stuff.

The other day I started to hear all this buzz around Ashton Kutcher’s acceptance speech at the People’s Choice awards, so I decided to check it out. Like most people, I was surprised to hear those inspiring words come from him. But then I started to wonder why I was so surprised. We barely get a true glimpse of the people around us, let alone celebrities. We only really know what people choose to share with us, right? That is what makes relationships so special, that somewhere along the line, you were invited in a little deeper. And if you were lucky enough, you had the chance to stay awhile.

I’m going to go on the record and say that this almost-two-years-old stage is my favorite so far. I know, I’ve said this before, but this time it’s really true. This little boy of mine is starting to show his love in so many ways and I’m just melting over here. How these little beings can make you feel so loved, so relevant -it’s something I will never get over.

Husband and I have started to watch Sons of Anarchy and I’ve developed an almost unhealthy obsession with Charlie Hunnam. I see a mix of Michael Pitt and Kurt Cobain in him (men, who, I also hold unhealthy obsessions for). Aside from the obvious eye candy, we are really enjoying the series so far. I love it when we find a show we can immerse ourselves in (especially one that isn’t reality-based).

And I will probably get eye rolls for this one, but I cannot wait until Christmas. I’m sorry, I just really love Christmas. Maybe I’m a little more anxious this year, as our new bundle of love will be with us by then, but nonetheless, I am ready for you fall!
